How to choose your Cigarette Case
It is most likely that you will have thought ahead before picking your case, and you will have developed a strong argument and probably thought it's fool proof. However there are several things to consider before stepping into something like this. First of all are you sure you have a strong argument, remembering you are against a large company who can afford the best lawyers and legal advice. You will need preparation in order to win this case. Secondly are you sure you have a lawyer who is capable of winning this case for you? Your argument will be useless if your representative cannot support you. And finally can you afford to do this, can you afford the legal fees and be sure you will win the case?
If you win the case obviously you will be entitled to some form of compensation. A percentage of this will be taken for legal fees obviously and then the rest will come to you. To many this serves correctly for there personal troubles, however other cases have asked for a letter of apology from the company following the case to further put their mind at rest.
However if you do not win the case you will be left with legal fees to pay, and equally the company may wish for a formal meeting with you to discuss the case, or simply ask for a letter of apology stating that you were wrong and you drop whatever allegations you may have had against them.
